Descriere

Founded in Romania, is a SaaS marketing automation and personalization platform designed from the ground up with the needs of online stores in mind. This extension uses a proprietary algorithm that tracks and analyses the actions of each and every one of the online store visitors, in order to send them personalized messages. The purpose of each message is to increase the profitability of the online store by closing more sales faster.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of direct sales in e-commerce;
  • Oriented towards a consultative sales approach;
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions;
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • Natural drive to succeed in sales;
  • Motivation, perseverance, and determination qualities;
  • High level of personal ethics;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Romanian and English);
What you will do:
  • Identify specific prospects to approach,
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings;
  • Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads;
  • Understand the requirements of our customers, their needs and objectives;
  • Prepare and present sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Retargeting;
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
  • Manage contract negotiations;
  • Handle passive prospects;
