The eCommerce Support Consultant is a tech-savvy professional with previous ecommerce experience (online store manager/owner) who has a blended skill set including: customer centric approach, project management, business analysis skills and deep understanding of modern online sales.

What is expected from the ideal candidate:

  • ·        Really listening to our client’s needs and finding the best solutions
  • ·        Resolve product or service issues by: clarifying the customer's request, diagnosing the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the request, following up to ensure resolution;
  • ·        Identify, recommend and sell new modules and features or product upgrades that will increase conversion rate
  • ·        Deep understanding of modern online sales channels and marketplaces and ecommerce in general.
  • ·        Providing support to clients (via email and phone) regarding technical and non-technical issues: password reset, setup issues, ecommerce issues, products documentation, client training;
  • ·        Control and monitoring of customer communication and escalation messages
  • ·        Documenting issues that you deal with daily into the ticketing system;
  • ·        Work with support team to implement our solutions and to ensure in time and successful delivery to clients;
  • ·        Managing portfolio of accounts, promoting the company`s services, ensuring client retention and keeping the client history in CRM system;
  • ·        Help the client with all the necessary information.
  • ·        Having previous strong experience of online selling or online store ownership

Working hours:                                                  

  • Operating 5 days a week, we run a flexible program within working hours. Arrival time could be between 8-11 in the morning

What you should do:

  • Be eager to learn new information, ecommerce and online knowledge
  • Ready to acquire new skills (communication skills, technical skills etc.);
  • A team player that shows adaptability, flexibility and perseverance in managing a good working relationship with clients and colleagues;
  • Willingness to help people in achieving online success by providing best advice
  • Previous technical customer service experience is considered an advantage;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills;
  • Able to communicate problems/issues to customers in a non-technical manner.
