Candidatul ideal
  • Proven experience in working with online stores or e-commerce
  • Familiar with A/B and MVT testing for optimising online conversion
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through technical specifications
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivation, should be highly organized
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Confidence using web analytics and collecting & driving improvement ideas from customer insights.
  • Experience creating test plans, using split testing software and analysing split test results.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in affiliate marketing, SEO, PPC, offline marketing/sales, email marketing and direct response.
  • A plus if will have knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • English – advanced level

Descrierea jobului
The Customer Conversion & UX Manager will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing efforts and aid in meeting company conversion sales and marketing optimization goals in the online channel including (but not limited to) e-mail, website and paid media. The role will be accountable for managing and executing campaigns, analysing performance reports, and driving campaign development projects. Primary responsibilities focus on expanding the digital channel for conversion marketing. The individual will lead the execution of new digital initiatives including day-to-day oversight of marketing performance and quality execution.
  • Work with web analytics, customer insight data and findings from user testing to develop winning test ideas.
  • Brainstorm new experiment plans with the team, and have a hands-on approach for the creation and implementation of these ideas.
  • Effectively plan, prioritize, and lead the design & build of split tests
  • Coordinate with key partners across the business, from research, design and content through to tech and senior management.
  • Run the work of internal and external teams to deliver A/B tests with a high probability of success.
  • Clearly convey testing ideas through concise written briefs and wireframes
  • Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
  • Maintaining system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
  • Providing references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing input to operations help desk support, user training needs, etc.
  • Preparing technical reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform tasks efficiently and work together with E-commerce team to ensure projects success.
