As a CRO Specialist in the Growth team at 123FormBuilder you will be responsible for the entire CRO strategy, for creating and implementing the roadmap and for optimising conversion points in the marketing funnel. Your focus will be on new business, working on 3 pillars from the growth framework – Acquisition, Activation and Revenue.

SOME OF YOUR FOCUS AREAS WILL BE
  • Develop, implement and improve CRO strategy and processes
  • Analyze data and users feedback (both website & in the product)
  • Analyse and optimise the current onboarding process taking into account the user experience and the impact on the business and OKRs
  • Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel
  • Oversee A/B testing (both website & in the product) that deliver against ROI targets through a highly segmented customer base
  • Create and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
  • Lead the management of pages for the business unit, building new pages, as well as maintaining the existing ones;
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders (content, loyalty & retention specialist, product owners) in order to optimize each conversion path
  • Convert qualitative and quantitative data into prioritized testing & optimization brilliance
  • Create initial, quarterly, and monthly reports based on test results and other ongoing initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition
DAILY ACTIVITIES
  • Monitor reports from Innertrends – Acquisition and Onboarding
  • Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Innertrends and any additional website tracking components
  • Analyse user behaviour on the website and in the product and find user pain points
  • Conduct surveys to collect user feedback and find user pain points
  • Analyse flows and propose changes to improve the signup rate and onboarding rate
  • Propose A/B tests to improve signup, on-boarding and revenue
  • Monitor cart & upsell in 2checkout and create A/B tests to improve it
  • Monitor paywalls and provide solutions to increase the conversion rate
  • Monitor website conversion rate and create A/B tests to improve it
  • Work with Retention & Loyalty specialist to create customer personas
  • Report on the results of each A/B test, provide learnings and next steps
  • Find new opportunities for content creation (how-to’s) to improve product usage
  • Create an A/B testing roadmap and overview its implementation
  • Keep track of competition changes (flows, pricing, packaging, onboarding techniques etc)
  • KPIs: New business revenue, F2P (free to paid), paid users onboarding rate
  • Main focus: New business (users paying for the first time)

A BIT ABOUT YOU
  • At least 2 years of experience in relevant field
  • Understand best practices for UI and UX for websites and applications
  • Hands on experience using A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc.)
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics
  • Understand user intent and its pivotal role in the journey to conversion
  • Understand the importance of statistical significance when analyzing experiment results
  • Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once
  • Self-motivated and driven with a willingness to learn and constantly expand knowledge and skills
