What you will bring to the table:

  • A strong Analytical mind;

  • Fluency in Business and Digital KPIs, Online Advertising channels, Google Analytics custom and standard reporting, Google & Facebook Ads metrics;
  • Strong understanding of Sales Funnels and User Journey;
  • Understanding the basic CRO tactics & practices;
  • Senior in Digital tracking and query strings, Data sets, Google analytics ROI;
  • Able to work interdisciplinary and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication skills - proficiency in English is a must;
  • A highly organised forward planner, able to work with clarity on simultaneous projects;
  • Understanding of medium to high complexity of platform architectures like ERP-CRM-CMS integration for price and stock updates, invoicing etc;
  • Understanding of how data is reconciliated between multiple platforms in terms of Tracking & Reporting;
  • Great attention to detail and a data-driven attitude on entire activity;
  • Ability to drive insights and actionable tasks/ features to be implemented;
  • Ability to conduct & assist calls and correspondence with native English speakers;
  • Skilled in using Excel and Power BI;
  • Skilled in VBA coding for macro-automation;
  • Knowledge in Tag Management Systems (GTM, DTM / launch, Tealium, Commanders Act etc);
  • Knowledge of JavaScript (understanding and development of simple logic) and Web in general;
  • AHK or UiPath is a plus.



Descrierea jobului

​Part of Digital Team, as Web Analytics – Business Development Specialist you will ensure project management in contact with the client (guarantor of the progress of missions, planning, test strategy, deliverables) on the issues of data collection Analytics and Media, establish, drive, improve and optimize processes related to Web Analytics, Tracking and Reporting.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the technical phase of the web site / mobile or customer app tracking implementations, from the taking of needs to the effective collection of reliable and relevant data;
  • Act as a project manager with external partners to ensure the on time, on budget and as required implementation of all on-site tracking systems;
  • Use Data to generate Insights and proactively work with the CRO team to generate actionable eCommerce growth tactics;
  • Create the Business Requirements and technical specifications for implementing a correct and relevant GTM Data Layer;
  • Create the Business Requirements and technical specifications for correctly integrate all tracking modules for, but not limited to Google Analytics (Standard to Enhanced eCommerce), Google Ads conversion codes for all campaigns, Facebook Pixels, 3rd party Ad Servers tracking codes;
  • Supervise the implementation of all tracking modules by both internal development teams and 3rd party technology providers;
  • Make sure each campaign / Initiative is properly supported in UTMs, cids & conversion codes;
  • Build the Web Analytics Strategy (What, how often and why measure);
  • Create the Web Analytics footprint consisting in all reporting and dashboarding templates, together with how to be integrated in core business BI tools Kingfisher Group uses worldwide;
  • Constantly update & improve Custom reporting (Google Analytics & Own Reports and Dashboards);
  • Make sure Google Data Studio is properly configured for Digital KPI monitoring;
  • Keep Digital Dashboards Up to date;
  • Assure the SLA on Ad-hoc reporting;
  • Manage the relationship with 3rd party collaborators relative to Web Analytics & Reporting (Media agency, implementors etc.);
  • Constant monitor website performance metrics and produce digital & sales reports for key stakeholders (marketing, trading, board, Kingfisher group).
