Responsibilities

• Buying responsibility for DYI Category in online sales channel;
• Managing business, sales, strategy, budget and forecasts;
• Looking daily for sourcing of new national suppliers in order to extend our current category;  
• Manage relations between the company and suppliers;
• Marketing comparison, research for price and products;
• Select and develop profitable new range/ new suppliers;
• Monitor the performance of suppliers and products to ensure that they meet the required standards;
• Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activity in a fast paced environment, to help identify new opportunities as well as changes to our existing offering;
• Working closely with a division manager for development commercial campaigns for entire range of products, working closely with marketing, media and creative agencies, content & logistic to ensure objectives are reached or exceeded;
• Fully responsible for the growth and profitability of DYI Category
• Fully responsible for results of the category (turnover, margin, terms of payment, stock, total profit …);

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics or similar;
• Knowledge and experience in digital marketing, sales and product management;
• Knowledge Category: suppliers, products, margins;
• Confident, ambitious, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment;
• Highly organized, analytical, task focused;
• Uses creative thought process - on product, promotions, displays, deals;
• Good command of English.
