We are a startup that develops a software suite for the global ecommerce market. Our apps are used by thousands of online stores from 120 countries and influence the shopping experience for 20+ million consumers every month.

 

One of the keys to our success is providing top-notch customer service - our customers praise us for this in 83% of the public reviews we receive. We are growing fast so we are looking for a Customer Support Hero to join our team and not only solve problems but offer an amazing experience in the process (this is what world-class service is about after all).

We are looking for someone who has a basic understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery, learns quickly (specialized training will be provided), loves human interaction and wants to pursue a career into technical support.


You will be the primary point of contact between us and our clients from all over the world, responding via email to customers' requests, offering technical and integration support and presenting comprehensive information regarding our products. 


We mainly expect from you:


  • basic understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript / jQuery
  • excellent communication skills 
  • fluency in English
  • to have initiative and make decisions
  • relevant experience in technical support/customer service is considered a plus
  • to help improve our already extensive knowledge base

  • has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
  • has high attention to detail and accuracy
  • is creative, tenacious and thorough
  • has the ability to work in a dynamic team environment
