We are providers of E-commerce websites integrated with ERP back-end systems, marketplaces ( Amazon, eBay, Emag, Cel, Okazii, etc), Warehouse Management Systems, etc.
The successful candidate will be on the front line of our support team, interacting with our customers and providing appropriate assistance as needed.
Description:
- Provide support via phone, email and ticketing system
- Support new customers throughout the implementation of our platform; assist with launching their websites (set-up, content management, bulk data import via Excel and XML documents, etc); deliver training to customers when needed
- Ongoing support for the existing customer base
- Liaise with our software development team in resolving any platform issues
- Ability to think quickly and perform problem-solving tasks, even within changing conditions
Requirements:
- University graduate preferred
- Microsoft Excel proficiency is a must
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Oriented towards helping others
- Must be able to multitask, understand and troubleshoot technical related issues
- Proficient in writing and speaking English
- Results oriented, proactive and eager to learn
- Take ownership and see problems through to resolution
