We are an international logistics leader providing fulfilment and cross-border delivery services exclusively for the eCommerce business. Our clients are online merchants who operate throughout Europe. We are focused on an individual approach to each client and learning the specifics of their business in detail in order to offer the best courier and fulfillment solution.

In order to expand our business, we are looking for an ambitious, motivated and goal-oriented person to develop professionally in the field of eCommerce and work with corporate clients.

Key competencies required for the role:

• Comprehensive understanding and good knowledge of the eCommerce in Romania  – key players, industry associations and events, eCommerce service providers (e.g. digital agencies, IT companies, marketplaces).
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the eCommerce field.
• Fluency in Romanian and English is mandatory, conversational level in other languages is an advantage.

Main goals:

• To establish euShipments.com as a well-known and trusted brand for deliveries in Europe among the eCommerce companies and the related service providers.
• To generate sales leads – eCommerce businesses selling or planning to sell across Europe.
• To negotiate commercial and contract terms and close deals.
• To take part in the onboarding of new clients together with the main Sales and Customer support team in the Bulgarian office.
• Account management and development of the activated clients – we expect close and personalized communication with the decision makers in the client company for the entire duration of the partnership.
• If necessary to take part in the planning and setup of new operations for euShipments.com – cross-docking locations and/or linehaul transport solutions connecting Romania with the main logistics hub of euShipments in Bulgaria.
