You must have experience in following areas:
- Python (OOP) and Django framework
- MySQL Database
- Caching systems
- HTML / CSS / Javascript (jQuery)
- Knowledge of a versioning system (Git is preferred)
- Knowledge of web-services (SOAP / REST)
- Strong debugging skills from client-side to server-side to back-end.

 

Nice to have:
- Experience with Linux, Memcache, RabbitMQ, Apache, Nginx, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
- A solid understanding of High Availability, Load Balancing, Performance Tuning, Security.

Job description:
Joining our backend team will give you an opportunity to solve some interesting and challenging problems.
The ideal software engineering candidate will be a backend developer with strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, proactive and self-motivated mindset, and has the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and demanding environment.

 

Position responsibilities:
- Develop highly scalable, 24/7 consumer internet applications.
- Implement the most complicated and business critical parts of the system
- Work independently completing small to large sized projects while managing competing priorities in a demanding production environment.
- Actively participate in activities such as suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements and conducting tool evaluations.
