We are looking for a Hungarian speaking Affiliate Specialist for our Affiliate Marketing Department at our Bucharest office.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn varying marketing concepts and closely collaborate with an impressive affiliate community and affiliate experts. Alongside the Affiliate department, by working at Conversion, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with other departments like Media Planning, Web Development, Pay-Per-Click, Email Marketing or Creative.

Our ideal candidate:

• Native Hungarian speaker (mandatory);


• Excellent spoken and written English;


• Good planning and organisational skills;


• Good time management skills;


• Experience in online marketing


• Able to work with deadlines on multiple projects at the same time.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Maitaining the relationship with affiliates and advertiser,


• Identifying and recruiting new affiliates and advertisers;


• Affiliate support through all official communication channels (ticketing system, email, social networks and others);


• Constantly supervising all partners’ compliance with Profitshare’s Terms and Conditions;


• Maintaining a good working relationship between the Profitshare development team and affiliates or advertisers, communicating platform improvements to the development team;


• Coordinating all the activities within our Hungary affiliate operations.
